Pilates not real workout

Pilates is a word that we here it more often today, you hear it at work, between friends or even on TV. What is Pilate? Read more to learn that this is a just tool for any body wants to play or so
no loss of fats here and thare.

Pilates is a method that claims strengthen the center of your body to give you strong muscles and the ever wanted flat belly

the truth is any movement if you keep doing it you will strengthen you muscles and lose fat at that area.
This is not special system and do NOT burns fat. The more your muscle is active the more fats you are going to lose. with or WITHOUT Pilates.
lose fats while you still eat anything you like is not real unless you walk daily 

And that's not all, Pilates claim to maintain your new adorable body shape ?
nothing help you stay fit but eating healthy and movie
any body after gain the toned body will not feel tired to do anything anymore. So do not let pilates fool you
Once you go do any sport even just walking, you go fit all your life. It is the number one workout for over weight people
Actually pilates do not strengthen your muscles as fast as other sports do
its simple exercises to not struggle but play
So go lose fat with real sports

All are just claims to get your money, tried it and did not work for me nor for my neighbors.

It is NOT, NOT NOT  physical fitness system that works the body from inside out.
NO CENTER strive to provide you workout
Trainers in the pilates centers or pilates clinics both needs your money only with you to tailor the needed workouts to your goals.

Finally, if you are heavy worker, if you are postpartum or have stiff and weak body, wants to lose weight or just a person that likes to have fun while working out then, do any sport you like for kid and adults.
