Crispy Onion


how to make crispy Crispy Onion


Ingredients
§  1 egg
§  250ml of milk
§  Wheat flour
§  5g salt
§  5g chili powder
§  5g grinded pepper
§  2 large onions
§  Rapeseed oil (if there is no canola oil instead of vegetable oil).
Step 1: Cut the top of the onion (1/4).
– Peel the onion, wash under the tap.
 Gently work on layers to form a flower. You can put in the refrigerator 2 hours.
Step 2: Mix the flour with salt, chili powder. Sprinkle the flour to stick onion. Gently shaking to remove excess powder component.
Step 3: Mix eggs and milk together. Dip both onions into the bowl of egg mixture and milk and sprinkle with flour again as above. The onion was able to fry.
